"Our first time in FLD and we wanted a beach and pool. Hotel was great and staff very pleasant. The beds and pillows were amazing and housekeeping was on task for sure!! The hotel was under construction on a few floors, and honestly, we were on the 6th floor didnt hear a thing. Outside hotels were also doing construction, but they appeared to wait until 8 am to start, which was perfect time. we could start our day and enjoy the beach! One thing to also note is the food in the area is pretty expensive and the hotel tacked on an 18% gratuity, which, my bad, i didnt notice until our last night. Since we are not from FLA I dont know if its required. However, overall, a very relaxing time and the weather and area were great. would stay again!"

"We have stayed at this hotel before. We recommended it to all of the family in our party. Several stayed here on this trip. The hotel impressed all of them. The staff all are friendly and helpful. They all want to be there. It is amazing. Luigi was outstanding and I cannot put into words how wonderful Rochelle was. She took care of every detail for us and our family!!!"

"The room was very clean. I felt I was actually able to relax. I only stayed for one night but will be back again for sure. The front desk personnel was very kind despite having to deal with a rude person just before speaking to me. "

"Wonderful property and exceptional staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the dining and bar staff. (We LOVED the omelet chef!) The property was undergoing renovations, so things were a bit messy, but ya gotta do what you gotta do. Also, the keycard system couldn’t make room keys for the first day, so we were constantly having to ask the staff to let us into our room on the 6th floor. They were so wonderful about it though! Very professional and kind. The pool was awesome. The hottub could use some tweaking…very weak jets. Also, cleaning more than once in the morning or a better filter system is needed. Pretty dirty by the evening. I am already looking to book for a return stay!"

"Beachfront, Great beachfront bar/ restaurant BUT very limited hours. Didn’t like the daily parking fees AND Resort Fees! Those fees added a lot $$ to the cost!"

"The hotel is undergoing renovations but this did not bother me. I recommend it for a good stay. The treatment of all the staff was always friendly and the girls at the reception always had a smile when greeting them. When I checked out at 6:30 am, they did not give me a receipt and I am not sure if they released my $100 deposit to my credit card. I must wait for the report from my bank or provide the email to contact them."
