« Mosquitoes like crazy, bad case of humidity, people knocking and screaming at my door at 3 am. I asked for a refund and they are asking g me for proof. I left the place about 15 days before it was uber and I left event though I lost half of my 3500. So I left because this place is the most horrible place I have ever stayed in anywhere. And the neither the host nor VRBO helped me. Waste of money never stay there please don’t make the same mistake I made. »

« We were looking to stay somewhere for the night before our cruise that I had hoped would be in walking distance to the ship and to see and experience some of San Juan. The photos intrigued me and prior to booking, I made sure we would be able to leave our bags in a secure location. « I didnt stay. Diffferent address and location. Didn't feel safe as a single mother of two. Not what I paid for or what was on the listing. I requested a refund and they refused. I stayed at a hotel instead. It was very shady. Dont recommend! »
