GORGEOUS PROPERTY FOR RENT! PREVIOUSLY A PRIVATE RESIDENCE! SIMPLY PERFECTION! DON'T MISS OUT ON THE CHANCE TO VACATION IN COMPLETE LUXURY AND COMFORT!
This two-story Mediterranean style home has been a private home and just recently became a rental. It is in immaculate condition. Located on a double lot that offers an unbeatable layout with a guest house, large pool and spacious cabana found just two blocks from the beach. The sprawling backyard retreat offers a Tuscan patio kitchen, covered alfresco dining and a large outdoor living space with a fireplace and flat screen TV. Accented with stately exposed-beams and made for entertaining, this extension of the home is perfect for hosting large family gatherings and offers a great place to enjoy the next big game poolside. Soaring 10-foot ceilings greet you as you enter the professionally decorated open concept great room with tile flooring and plantation shutters throughout.
The coveted first floor master suite offers a tile shower and direct access to the pool deck. Four spacious bedrooms are located on the second level of the home all en-suite rooms; one with a private balcony overlooking the pool deck. The guest house offers a large bedroom with beautiful marble floors. A large bathroom with a tile shower and soaking tub, a second garage, half bath and additional laundry. POOL RULES
1. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
2. Children are allowed to swim or play in the pool only when adults are present. Please
maintain constant supervision over children.
3. No pets in the pool.
4. Walk slowly in the pool area. No diving, roughhousing, dunking, pushing, or wrestling.
5. Keep the area clear of clutter, debris and toys. Toys can often attract young children to
the pool.
6. No swimming in rainy weather or in thunderstorms.
7. No eating, drinking or chewing gum while in the pool. Always swim sober.
8. No glass near the pool/water area.
9. Keep gates to the pool area closed and locked at all times.
10.Shower before entering the pool.

Beautiful Property with Amazing Pool
This was the perfect property for our family. My wife and I are in our 70's and retired. We stayed in the guest house, while our adult married children had their own rooms in the main house and the grandchildren all slept in the bunk room. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We made daily use of the covered outdoor patio and kitchen area. The pool was FABULOUS!!! We opted to have it heated and was the perfect temperature for our stay during Christmas week. Everyone spent a lot of time in the pool. We only needed to contact the property manager once with an issue with a bedroom window. Jule responded immediately. Kyle arrived within an hour and took care of the problem. Overall we are extremely satisfied. Everyone totally enjoyed our vacation and would definitely rent this property again.

BOOK IT!
The accommodations were clean, roomy, convenient. The separate pool house was perfect for our friends with small children. All the beach tools you'll need even 2 WAGONS! Very short walk to the beach. A plus with two beach chairs and umbrellas. Beach towels. I can go on and on. No complaints. Just BOOK IT!

The best accommodations-so much room and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bedrooms. Makeup mirrors in every bathroom a big plus. The pool area is the best and everything needed for the beach- they know what you need for your stay and make it easy. Julie and Kyle were the best property managers!!! Replaced an outside TV that stopped working the same day we called them, above and beyond to make our stay the best! I would highly recommend. This property has it all and more!

Spring Break with Friends
This rental was all we could ask for. The house was sparkling clean upon arrival, and everything in the house was of high quality and in great shape. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked for a rental. We had everything we needed to cook and especially enjoyed the outside grilling area. The beach was only a short walk away, and the beach supplies included in the garage were super helpful. The pool and outdoor area were fantastic. We had 4 families with children that spent most of our time outside by the pool. This rental exceeded our expectations. The host was wonderful, the location was perfect, and the amenities were top notch. We would highly recommend this place!

Despite sky-high expectations, Emerald Oasis exceeded our expectations in every way. Spacious, extraordinarily well-appointed, very well maintained, abundant flatware and dishware, splendid pool, superb outdoor kitchen, expansive outdoor living space, 4 (!) refrigerators, 2 ice makers, 8 flat screen TVs, central sound system. Each of the 5 master en-suites is luxurious. Great location, and the beach set-ups are very convenient, The best compliment I can offer is that it was as if the owners left it exactly as it is when they stay there.

Stop right there and just book this place
If you’re reading this and this place is still available: book it. This is easily one of the greatest vacation rentals I’ve ever been in. From the close proximity to the private beach (with private beach chairs/umbrellas set up every day), to the heated pool, to the outdoor living space, to (wait for it…) every bedroom having its own bathroom, this place truly has it all. The house is completely stocked with everything you and the kids will need for the beach. I can’t recommend this place enough!

GORGEOUS!
My husband I travel with the same group every year and stay in the same neighborhood! We booked this last year during our trip when we walked by it, we have been so excited to stay and it lived up to all of our expectations! Communication with property manager was phenomenal! This house has EVERYRHING you would ever think you needed!! Kitchen was stocked beyond any rental we have ever stayed in. My only suggestion was to have a door with keyless entry where the patio sliding door was for the couple staying in the guest house. We didn't want to leave the sliding door unlocked at night. In the morning we had to wait till someone woke up or we had to walk around the block to the front door. We were so sad to see it already booked for our week next year but we will return for sure! Hoping all future guests take good care of it she is a beauty! Thank you again!

wonder beach house with grand outdoor space.
The house was very nice with a very equipt kitchen.. The outdoor space was amazing with lots of seating. We used the very modern grill a lot. It was a short walk to the beach and having our own unbrellas and chairs put out daily really pampered us.

The house was everything it advertised and more. The house was exactly what the pictures showed. Very clean and maintained well. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you will need. Toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, trash bags, etc all there and available. Had a great time. The property manager was extremely easy to get a hold of and replied back almost immediately. Had an issue with the grill and it was looked at within the hour and fixed within the day. The location was a block away from the beach. The chairs were set up everyday along the water. Clean water, and very clean beach. The house pool was well heated and very well maintained. By far this was the best experience we have had with a rental. Will absolutely stay again when we look at our future vacations.

Our entire family truly enjoyed Emerald Oasis. It’s like a home away from home, everything you need for cooking and entertaining. The outdoor space is terrific, whether grilling, swimming or laying in the sun. Short walk to beach and easy walk to dining options. Plenty of room for everyone to have their space, while dining and outdoor areas accommodate everyone together comfortably. Hope to come back soon.

BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT
We LOVED this property. Every room was a master room. The floor plan was incredible as it allowed for everyone to have their own room and bathroom. The kitchen literally had everything from a bar to a pineapple digger. The outdoor patio was big, clean, had a nice gas fireplace and the pool was the best we’ve had because 1. It was a saltwater pool and 2. It was SO warm, perfect for the 60-68 degree winter weather. The beach was only a 2 minute, easy beautiful walk and there were tons of beach stuff in the garage like wagons, coolers, etc. The guest house was perfect for older teens or for a couple and was a nice addition to have. We really really were impressed and the photos do not do it justice at all. The location was super convenient as well. I would highly recommend!!!
