"room was very nice. food was excellent. one server in the bar was extraordinarily rude but it looked like he owned the place. like: extraordinarily rude. writing this made me angry all over again."

"This hotel is located right in the heart of Downtown Montreal within walking distance of the busy Rue Sainte Catherine and “La Baie d’Hudson”, a huge department store similar to Macy’s in NYC. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. But the breakfast is horrendous and it is the only reason why I can’t give this hotel a 5-star rating. I hope they improve the breakfast as it doesn’t reflect the quality of the comfort and quality of the facility."
