This very spacious main level unit will exceed expectations in detail of comfort and style. Recently renovated and furnished it boasts a charming 1300 sqft.- there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your family and friends. The Living Room is in the front and has a large desk in front of the south facing windows - perfect for watching life stroll by as you work. Beyond the living room is the dining area which can accommodate 8. This unit has a full sized kitchen, complete with center island and plenty of counter space to set out a festive buffet! in the very back off of the kitchen is a spacious bedroom with Queen bed. There is a walk-in closet and plenty of room to store luggage. The bathroom is located off of the kitchen area; just a few steps from the bedroom. It has a walk -in shower and is comfortably sized to meet your needs. When the weather cooperates be sure to utilize the charming large front porch; there is a place to sit and visit and a bistro table and chairs to enjoy an informal meal El Fresco! On the colder days click on the electric fireplace in living room to cozy up the space. You will quickly make this place your home away from home while taking in all the unique shops, restaurants, and homes this wonderful historic area offers.

Comfy and convenient
Just the right amount of space for us plus our two dogs. The bed was comfy, and the living room had different spaces for reading, watching TV, and working on a computer. Great location for neighborhood walks and restaurants wirhin walking distance. The front porch was like an outdoor living room, rain or shine!

5 Stars across the board. Landlord communication was great, checking in on us upon arrival and after the first night. Loved the basket of snacks! Property is walkable to downtown (if you can handle a big hill). Easy access to the highway and downtown. Will Rent again next time we are in town!

Comfy Home and convenient location
This property was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was clean and organized making it easy to cook while there. Also it was easy to access many restaurants and shops nearby. The nearby neighborhoods were perfect for walking.

Great location/Lot’s of Space/Comfortable bed and living space
We were in St. Paul to watch our daughter play soccer games at St. Kat’s and Macalester. Perfect location. And it felt like home with great living space and kitchen. Super comfy bed and air conditioners throughout. We rented eBikes and enjoyed getting around and exploring the Twin Cuties on two wheels with no need to rent a car.

Just Perfect
We had a wonderful vacation in St Paul and our accommodation complimented our time. It's in a lovely area, was well appointed, clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed. Everything you could possibly want
This was one of the best equipped kitchens I have found in a short term rental. Plus the kitchen and dining room are quite spacious. Both the bed and sleeper sofa were very comfortable and the porch was perfect for a morning cup of coffee. Stacey was in touch and quick to respond when contacted. We would definitely stay here again.

Coziest abode!
This was a return stay. I love this house and the location is great! Everything about my stay was perfect. The house is warm and comfortable. A charming and cozy home
My sister and I met in the Twin Cities for a girls week-end, and were lucky enough to find this great property. It is surrounded by a very cool neighborhood with great restaurants and shopping-all within walking distance. The place was clean, cozy and nicely decorated. We both felt so at home and spent our evenings sitting on the cute front porch. The kitchen was well stocked-everything was great. We now have our go to place in the twin cities! Thanks Stacey!!

Location, location, location!
We stayed at both this and one of the upstairs apartments for 3 nights. I posted the same review for the other apartment, as the information is the same! This is a wonderful little retreat in an awesome neighborhood in St. Paul!. The setup was great and the apartments have been beautifully redone. We didn't want for much at all, and if we did, the shops are literally two blocks away. We got take-out twice and didn't do any cooking, though the covered grill in back may have been available to use. Highly recommend Punch Pizza...wouldn't go back to Brasa. The kitchen had a few condiments in the fridge, coffee (THANK YOU!), and ice already in the freezer. We didn't look for cooking utensils and things like that so I can't comment much. We purchased toilet paper as there wasn't a full roll when we arrived and couldn't find more. No biggie. The notes in previous reviews about air conditioning are correct - we were quite warm during our stay. To be fair, we didn't bring this up to Stacey, who checked in with us a couple of times via text (super friendly!!), because it really isn't something that can be fixed without having put in central air during the remodel. We knew ahead that there was only window air in the bedroom, so we each brought a fan and that helped a bit. We have 4 small dogs between us, and the apartments were great for them. Lots of places to walk them in the neighborhood. Note there were a lot of dogs being walked off-leash, so if that's a worry, just be careful. Wasn't for us. The only disappointment was finding out there was a 3rd apartment in the house with a tenant living there - we chose this place believing we had the whole home to ourselves, so barking dogs wouldn't be an issue, but instead worried about the disruption constantly. Not a big deal, but something to be noted if you're looking for a place where no one else is living. Had we known before we arrived, we'd have kept looking. The one evening we needed to be gone and I knew they were barking, I texted Stacey and she assured me the tenant was working, so no problem. We were able to sit on the porch with the pups...such an awesome area. People everywhere and everyone friendly. It's on a one-way street so not a ton of traffic - lots of bikes and walkers for sure. Overall, a wonderful stay. Stacey had great communication and the apartments were just what we needed! Clean, well appointed, perfect location!
