Charming and fully renovated unit is now available for your enjoyment! Designer/owner has completed a stylish remodel and is certain that it will become your favorite St. Paul rental. Ideal location - on Historic Grand Hill, Grand Ave just steps south, and Summit Ave directly north. Shop and dine on Grand Ave and then stroll those calories away on Summit Ave while you are taken away by the architecture and grandeur of century old mansions. Bikes can be rented one block away if you prefer to two-wheel it.
This one bedroom retreat has everything you need with attention to comfort and style. New bamboo floors, walls, kitchen, bathroom, and furnishings. Additionally, you also get the use of the front porch for those summer moments of relaxation and people watching! I also operate/own VRBO #373111, another one bedroom unit, literally next door - so I am an involved and accessible part of my guest's stay should needs arise. I hope you choose to stay with me for your next St. Paul excursion!

Great location and great stay
Had a wonderful 4- night stay with my 18 year old while looking at area schools. Lovely old house with the apartment on the top floor. Lucked out with the weather and enjoyed sunny days with the light filled space. The location is perfectly located with lots of shops and places to eat within a few blocks walk. Plenty of parking and really easy to find. Would absolutely stay here again.

I had a wonderful time in this dainty little apartment set up. Stacey is a great and responsive hostess. The house is lovely! It is well located near restaurants, wine stores, yoga studios and salons. It feels safe and is easy to get to. I slept very well on a comfortable bed! Will stay again!

Second floor apartment in a charming house in a lovely neighborhood. There's so much nearby, and easy access to freeways to go further afield. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and well appointed, and contact with the host was excellent.

Charming place to stay in the heart of St Paul. Walking distance to all the historical sites and restaurants. Perfect for two people. Good size bathroom and bedroom. Comfy sofa for reading or watching TV. Our host was easy to contact and she made our visit perfect. Would highly recommend.

The perfect place for a two week visit to St Paul over the Holidays. Charming apartment with a wonderful location. Stacey’s a great host (checked in but didn’t check up), she even had a cute tree set up and a box of chocolates for our home away from home at Christmas! Highly recommended.
