"This well appointed, comfortable and clean location was ideal for our 11 person, multi-generational family reunion. Everything was as advertised and interactions with Warren and Ron were friendly and efficient. Only caveat would be that stairs inside and out are steep, so might not be the best for people with mobility limitations."

"Very cute cottage. Recent updates to make it look more modern really make a large impact. Check in process was easy and communication with host was always prompt. Cleanliness upon checking in was less than desired. There were a couple dishes left in the sink. As well as a couple other items left uncleaned (large spill located on table and random garbage items left on the back deck). Kitchen was stocked with essentials (new plates bowls, cups etc) but could have used more. Minimal plates and...

"The home is conveniently located in Bracebridge. It's a corner lot, and both streets had little traffic running by. We were also close enough to enjoy a leisurely walk to the grocery store. The property pictures do not do the house justice. It was impeccably clean, well stocked with appliances, dishwater and linens. "We were happy with the cottage. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Looked newly renovated. The only criticism I have is it isn't noted in the description that the water has a smell and is not drinkable. The owner provides a 15L jug of water but it's good to make aware of these things prior. We would rent again!"
