"This property is well-cared for and well provided. Kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep, including several spices. Furniture and beds were clean and comfortable. Third-floor balcony looks out north, which is a plus in hot summer months. Had an issue with HVAC which the managers fixed immediately—they were very responsive and easy to work with. Neighborhood is upscale and modern. Lots of shops and restaurants within easy drive. Would definitely stay there again!"

This rental is not “charming”, it’s very very old & not well-cared of; the stairs to the property in the back (which is the way you are instructed to enter) are treacherous. There isn’t lighting outside to maneuver the stairs and I’m sure they aren’t up to code. You’re met with a hanging chain that hits you in the head upon opening the back entry way door. The main floor toilet had been used and was not clean. There were bugs throughout...

"This is a very spacious and beautiful apartment. We loved the architecture and mature trees surrounding one side. It was a bonus the kids learned to play pool! I enjoyed hearing the church bells chime regularly through the day.This neighborhood is home for me, so it was delightful to walk to familiar places like Greenwood Park, which has the DSM Art Center, pond, playground, splashpad, swimming pool and wooded bike trails. The hosts are delightful and helpful."

"Positive: Beds were very comfortable, house was easily accessible to store and the university. Shower had very hot water with nice water pressure. Negative: There was mouse poo in the drawers and pots and pans. I’m not sure if the tenant downstairs was VRBO or a rental but The smell of marijuana was terrible and our VRBO because of whoever was below us. When we were in the house We had to have all windows that were able to open, open and the front door open."
