"Good size for 4 couples, although lack of ensuite toilets to all 3 main bedrooms a bit of a let down. Spacious, bright, airy property of a modern design, but the décor is looking a bit tired. Surprised that no equipment instruction manuals were provided, they are normally. Had trouble with dishwasher and were not aware of the blinds at each window. Great swimming pool and outdoor living area, although little used in October. When large group / couples staying more access keys would be useful....

"We had a fantastic two week stay. The property was clean with all facilities we needed. The outside space and pool were gorgeous. Our children loved playing in the pool and we used the bbq for evening meals. The property is in a good location for access to many of the beautiful beaches in the area and is a short drive to Cavalaire."

We were expecting the bedding but had missed the €180 for cleaning as the correspondence was in French only. She said that they shouldn’t really be letting the property as they’d had a water leak leaving one of the rooms damp and with mould, which was true. "Das war unser erster Urlaub in Frankreich und die Wohnung von Estelle und Jean Luc ist ausgezeichnet und eine lohnende Reise. Estelle hat die Wohnung wundervoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. "Lovely house in a beautiful spot with magical views of the bay. Ground floor bedroom lovely but lacks privacy (see-through blind so we bought a covering to hang in the doorway). The house is situated on a very steep hill which means the garden is not usable for anything other than eating/ sitting/ sun-bathing on the deck. We had a great stay. Thank you. "

"Great property, beautiful view, very friendly and helpful check in help. Had issue with A/C, fixed very quickly. This is not a criticism but a suggestion, paper towel in the kitchen, one extra roll of toilet paper, pool towels and maybe a couple of laundry pods would have been very helpful, especially when traveling from the USA."

"Beautiful little villa high up on the hills outside Grasse. We sat outside on the veranda every evening enjoying the view with our wine and appies after long days sight seeing. Even the friendly felines made us feel welcome. One note, we had a larger suv for 5 adults and the parking getting into the garage was a little tight."

The only thing was the villa needs a bit of maintenance downstairs in the bathrooms which leak, and they also left us one toilet roll between 8 people. "A lovely villa. Clean, comfortable and friendly check in. Very well equipped kitchen. The view is breathtaking. Take a laptop if you want to watch something that needs downloading. Very dog friendly with fenced garden. Everything is provided, extra blankets, ping pong, bicycles, dads, loo rolls, washing up liquid, really all you could want. We had two 20 year olds with us and they really enjoyed the boat daytrip we organised and the local market. Recommended."
