Hotel is clean, breakfast is great, parking is easy and close with plenty of spaces available, but best of all, I could open my third floor window and have fresh air every night (a lot of hotels do not allow this). Will stay here every chance I can when in Des Moines!"

"This location is a hidden gem! Off the beaten path, but absolutely worth the few minutes of extra driving for us weary travelers making our way from Breckenridge to Detroit. The included breakfast was great! Another few minute drive takes you to 5th, where dining and shopping options are abundant in a super-cute small town downtown area. The property was clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was right. We did not use the pool, laundry, fitness center or gameroom, but they all looked great. We would definitely stay here again."
