"The clerk Nicolette that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. I arrived about 9:00 pm and very happy to make use of the hot tub after my long drive. The bed in my room was very comfortable. I would stay here again!"

" Our stay has been excellent every time we've stayed. The major downside is the late afternoon check in time. As we arrive from the immediate Bay Area about 1 - 2 pm, the 4:00 pm check in time is not early enough. Realize that staff needs time to clean, but it means that we have to figure out what to do in the area (without much direction or knowledge of area) before checking in. Is there a way to check in say by 3 pm without financial penalty? Thank you,."

"We really enjoyed our visit. The rooms were comfortable though in our instance an extra blanket would have been appreciated. Staff was friendly and the garden path was lovely to walk to breakfast. Some gluten free bread at breakfast would be a welcome addition and we had to huff on our cards to get into the room because the cold meant the card wouldn’t work, but overall I would certainly stay again."
