« Don't be put off any the tired exterior of Grove House. The apartment is well presented, well equipped though you must be prepared to climb 38 steps to get to this attic location. The upside is breathtaking views of the sea. Low star for communication is that although owner lives in ground floor there is no attempt to make personal contact. Odd. »

« The accommodation was very spacious, clean, and ideal for a family with a dog. The garden was large and very suitable for children and pets, and ideal for outside activity - play, relaxing and eating. The location was perfect, with beautiful views, close to safe walks, and exploring the shore, as well as being just a 15 minute drive from the town of Dunoon with supermarket, cafes, restaurants, and shops. »

« The apartment is clean and comfortable with great views. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking although apart from salt, pepper and cooking oil there were no other basics such as tea and coffee.Communication with the owner was excellent. It was easy to park in front of the property. It might not suit those with mobility issues as the (internal) stairs to the property are quite steep. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. »

« This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!! »

« Endroit vraiment magnifique de calme et d’une ambiance intemporelle située sur le rivage de Holy Loch. Tout est parfait, propre, joli, typique, spacieux et fonctionnel. L’animation quotidienne est l’amarrage du bateau Ferry sans bruit au bout de la propriété . La météo beaucoup moins ingrate que dans les montagnes plus au nord. Bon point de départ pour des excursions avec une voiture. Situation à 10km de Dunoon. Magnifique, à recommander ! »

« Our stay in Dunoon was delightful. Rosemary went out of her way to make our experience perfect and also connected us with a good friend of hers who provided an extra special tour around Dunoon. We had a fabulous time and thanks to the amazing hospitality, we’ve made last memories and friendships we won’t soon forget. »

« Beautifully decorated comfortable chic home and the sofa bed is full size double & comfy. Only downside is it’s not that practical if you plan to cook all your meals in the flat. No cupboard space for groceries, kitchen pots etc are in the bedroom, couldn’t find a frying pan. Was easier to eat out or get takeaways. Bathroom is of high standard but tight on space with no where to put a wash bag or makeup bag or even a toothbrush. Also I would suggest owner puts a proper door on the side room...

« Marc’s home was beautiful and spacious enough for a family of 10. It had a well equipped kitchen and the pool table was a nice touch to keep the kids entertained. The surrounding area is lovely as well as the local pub. We would definitely come back for another family trip! »
