"I was visiting the area for business and needed a place for my mother and I to stay. It was winter time, but still, the property is lovely. It is an old farmhouse that's in great condition, and been restored. We stayed in the Farmhouse Apartment (a private apartment attached to the main Farmhouse). "It is a lovely, secluded property that could accommodate us all. It was well-appointed, including everything one might need. Check in and check out were easy, and the host responds quickly. I specifically looked for a property with a pool and this is listed with a pool--it actually has a small cool/cold spring-fed "hole" (maybe 7'x7')--if you go in, I recommend shoes, the silt is a little unnerving. "

"This is the most beautifully appointed, well maintained, clean home we have ever had the pleasure to vacation in. It’s simply gorgeous! The care that has gone into this home is truly amazing. The kitchen is fully stocked, the furniture beautiful and functional, and the setting is lovely and peaceful. It was a perfect spot close to hiking, shopping and the airport. "Doug was super responsive and quick to answer any and all questions. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful views all around. My kids enjoyed feeding the cows and hanging out on the porch. The house felt very personal and lived in which made it a bit uncomfortable. However, it provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We made lots of memories and overall had a great time."
