I would highly recommend Sonder Missori on your visit to Milan! The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean, and the staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to return on my next trip to the city!

Unfortunately, my stay at Sonder Missori did not meet expectations. The property is way overpriced for what it offers. There’s no bell captain to help with luggage, and the reception is often unresponsive, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. While some staff members were very nice and helpful, others were quite rude, which affected the overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than one night if you can avoid it. It’s certainly not worth the high price, especially with the lack of basic hotel services.

The property didn't have aircon so very noisy. Couldn't sleep until i started using my sony ear buds for noise cancelation. The windows exposed us to the neighbors when opened. The windows had to be opened for ventilation. The elevator broke down two days before we left. The night desk person had no customer service. The bathroom shower stall is so tight i kept bumping the wall with my elbow. Hotel personnel blamed govt regulations for no aircon but hotel cavalleri had aircon. I'm never coming back to this hotel

The staff who helped us check in was very friendly and helpful. Location was great and neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. Grocery stores nearby with a cafe which serves great coffee and pastries. Only little thing was the cleaning staff forgot to replace used toilet roll but otherwise hotel was great!

The staff was very helpful. The rooms were small but very clean. Unfortunately you had to bring your bags up to the room yourself, not bad if you are able but it was difficult for me. Parking was not easy to find.
