The space
Very important: on 07th November have started renovation works on the external facade of the building
This means that a high scaffolding have been mounted around the building. This will affect the view from the window of the leaving room and from one of the 2 bedrooms
At moment we don’t know when the works will be terminated

Beautiful apartment in old period palace with a typical courtyard and equipped with a lift, furnished with great attention to detail, with a modern taste respecting the tradition of the building and with all the comforts that we cannot do without today
Large and bright living room, with comfortable sofas, a large smart TV, various areas that allow you to relax in tranquility, and with a beautiful view of Santa Maria Incoronata, an old typical Milanese church dated 1450.
The living room leads to a wide-ranging bedroom, with walk-in closet and bathroom in suite. The bathroom has been designed to use the bathtub as a shower as well.
A very welcoming kitchen where modern furniture is harmoniously intertwined with a beautiful old style solid wood table, equipped with all the comforts for long stays, such as dishwasher, gas cooktop, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle.
On the opposite side from the living room we find the second comfortable bedroom, also with a bathroom in suite.
The bathroom is also accessible from the living area, so any guests do not have to go through the bedroom
The laundry area, adjacent to the apartment entrance, with washing machine and clotheshorse is also very comfortable.
A baby cot is available on request
The house is perfectly accessible to people with disabilities

The district
Corso Garibaldi is a long pedestrian street that over time has become a meeting place and happy hour.
At the end of Corso Garibaldi here is Eataly, the most beautiful store in Europe, created from a historic Milanese theater and which has kept its original stage for inside shows. In front of Eataly the incredible pyramidal mirror structure of the Feltrinelli Foundation.
Corso Como, a shopping destination for tourists from all over the world, awaits us just a few steps away. On the other hand, who doesn't know Corso Como 10, with the Sozzani Gallery and the beautiful bar with Dehors?
Continuing our walk we arrive at the brand new Piazza Gae Aulenti, designed for Expo 2015, with the fountain in the middle where children always play, with the famous Unicredit skyscraper, the large park called "library of trees" and the world award-winning project Bosco Verticale, 2 tall skyscrapers where each apartment has a terrace that simulates a forest.
Always on walking distance from Corso Garibaldi, but on the opposite side, you will pass through the typical romantic district of Brera (do not forget letting you read the cards by local old fortune teller!), the fashion street Monte Napoleone and finally Piazza Duomo

How to join the apartment
From Malpensa airport take the shuttle that will take you to Piazzale Cadorna. From there, you can take metro line 2 to Moscova
From Linate airport, take the 73 to Piazza Duomo, from there you can take the tram Nr 2 and get off at Piazza Lega Lombarda
From Bergamo airport take the bus to Central Train Station. From there you can take the subway green line, direction Abbiategrasso/Assago until the stop of Moscova

Close to you Garibaldi station from where trains leave for Como lake.
Walking distance to the Piazza Duomo: 10/15 minutes
To reach Fiera di Rho (Trade show), take metro line 2 from Moscova to Cadorna, then change to metro line 1 to Rho Fiera, which is the last stop. Please note that Rho Fiera is considered outside Milano therefore you must buy a special ticket, slightly more expensive
If you arrive by car, consider about one hour from Malpensa, one hour and 15 minutes from Bergamo airport and half an hour from Linate

Great Host, Great Location, Small Beds, Construction Noise
The host for this apartment is wonderful --- friendly, good communications, helpful -- everything you want in a host. The apartment is in a good location -- a very short walk to the Metro, many restaurants in the area, very near Eataly (if that matters), etc. The apartment is indeed large and we were surprised that the air conditioning units really keep in the apartment at a cool temperature in summer -- very comfortable in that regard. Our family found both of the beds to be quite small and really not well-suited for two people to share --- it can be done but it isn't ideal. Also, the beds are really futons --- the "mattresses" aren't mattresses but rather more like thick sleeping pads that are fairly unforgiving. While our teen daughters were able to share a bed, I actually slept on the couch in order to give my wife more room to sleep in her bed. Bathrooms are small but typical for EU standards. Kitchen well suited for cooking. We did not use the clothes washer. There was also an unfortunate issue with construction noise --- the host warned us that a scaffolding was on the building, so, the host cannot be responsible for that matter; but there was also a material tile project being completed in the building courtyard and the workers would begin delivering materials prior to 7 AM (which was of course noisy). Overall, a good apartment but not necessarily the most modern, comfortable apartment available in Milan -- and, again, the host is wonderful.

As our first stop in Italy, it was a lovely place to stay. Silvio was very thorough in communicating details to us as well as meeting us when we arrived. A sandwich shop, cafes and gelato were nearby but the local grocery mart was a 10 minute walk. The beds were very comfortable. The elevator was available for our use. At the time of our visit, the courtyard was being updated but did not disturb us in any way. Silvio let us know that the exterior repairs to the facade was finished but the scaffolding would be there until the end of June 2024.

A Beautiful Apartment in a Perfect Location
This apartment comes highly recommended: beautifully designed, impeccably equipped with everything you might need. It feels more like a home than a rental, and it's situated in the beloved Corso Garibaldi, just a minute's walk from Eataly, arguably the best supermarket in town. La Scala is a mere 30-minute walk away. Despite the scaffolding around the building, the apartment itself is lovely and well-lit. We extend our thanks to Silvio for his exceptional hospitality; he was always available and helpful, making us feel truly welcome and allowing us to relax. The only slight discomfort was the apartment's temperature; the central heating in the building was often turned off, and coming from a warmer climate, it was a bit too cold for us. However, Silvio did his best to address this issue. In summary, this apartment deserves five stars, and we would love to stay here again.

Very comfortable and modern apartment convenient to everything
There was something about this apartment that was just right. Large living room and kitchen, great size bedrooms and felt very private. The check-in was very easy and we felt very secure. It was also a real treat to have an elevator after traveling all over Italy with luggage. This was our favorite apartment and I don't think the pictures do it justice. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed everything about this property in Milan. Very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. Good communication with the manager. Location in the city is great: a very clean part of the city, short walk to a number of restaurants and bars, easy walk to shopping. A very good place to stay!

Very clean and nicely designed
This is a nice "managed" property in a great area, with convenient access to Metro. Silvio, the manager, was very nice and responsive and met us for a late (9:15PM) check-in. Nice design touches, kitchen reasonably equipped, large bathtub with ample hot water. Areas for improvement - tub is a jacuzzi but not operational, heat generally insufficient, beds seemingly selected more for durability than comfort, 2nd bathroom shower has poor pressure and drains poorly. And, though not the fault of the management, it is not especially quiet, due to noisy upstairs neighbor (very early morning!), and Metro running beneath the building property. A good experience but on the pricey side and could use a bit more attention to detail.

First visit to Milano was a 10
This roomy two bed two bath was fabulous for my wife and me. Very well located in a lively but not crazy neighborhood, very near a metro line. We were able to spread out and relax between touring the town. Our hosts/ concierges were wonderful. If we had two suggestions, the first is to provide access to temperature controls. Owner was willing to make adjustments remotely when asked, we just did not want to ask. The second small suggestion is to have the washer cleaned. No everyone will need it, but we are traveling for six weeks and need access to washers. On the positive side they have one and it works. Most important takeaway, we love this property.

Fantastic location in a residential area
Really enjoyed our stay in Milan. The location could not have been better. This street was filled with numerous restaurants and bars and slightly away from crowded tourist areas. Eataly was just down the street and perfect to grab something to eat at home. The apartment was very spacious with nice common areas. The internet worked well. You can hear the subway underneath but it was not an issue, and I am a light sleeper.

Gorgeous apartment in charming district
We loved this apartment -- it is a charming yet nicely updated place in the heart of Brera. We could not have been happier with this space for my spouse and my two teenage sons. There is even AC, which is not a given in European apartments. We were able to use the clothes washer, and spend a very comfortable 2 days here. The beds were comfortable, too!

Our family of four adults enjoyed staying here. The property is in a great neighbourhood, it feels like a home, it was clean and the check-in was easy. Our only negative was that the mattresses were particularly comfortable. Would stay there again.

Walking distance to everything… even Duomo… lots of places to eat and drink with 5 min walking.. there is also an Eatly around the corner.. don’t want to walk.. plenty of electric scooter options line Bolt, Lyme etc…in the middle of design destruct with lots of boutique shopping …. Definitely coming back for a longer stay

Fantastic place to stay in Milan
We couldn’t be happier with this apartment. Two large en-suite bedrooms with comfy beds, beautiful living room with lots of light and windows that open to the street, and a modern well equipped kitchen. Great for a weekend or long term stay. The neighborhood is wonderful with the Porto Garibaldi train an easy 15 minute walk and a beautiful church with bells across the street. Silvio who manages the property was excellent to work with. An A++ accommodation in a great city.

Fantastic apartment; Amazing location!
This apartment was terrific - clean, comfortable, spacious, well-appointed (counter space in the bathrooms - SWOON!) and there were window seats for people watching in the walking district just outside. There is great coffee, gelato and good restaurants nearby, as well as "Eataly" (an upscale Whole Foods-like grocery that sells Italian specialties like cheese, wine, pasta, fruits/veggies, cured meats and more). Walk toward the Piazza Gae Aulenti for a bunch of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping (including the famous Trumpets of Gae Aulenti)the Communication was easy and efficient, as was check-in and check-out. Although the apartment is a bit too far from Milano Centrale station to walk with bags, it was only a short walk from the Green Line/M2 Moscova subway station stop. (From Milano Centrale station, take the Green M2 line toward "Abiattegrasso" and get off at the Moscova station to get to the apartment. To go back to Milano Centrale, take the same line but choose the line going toward "Gessate.") All in all, the VRBO is the best of what you want when you rent a place for exploring Milan.

Wonderful flat in great location
We enjoyed the sun streaming in in the morning. A very nice flat, worked perfectly for the three of us. The bathtub is a little difficult to get into. And we had little communication with the manager. I think they were out of town. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Great apartment, awesome property manager!
Apartment was spacious, well-equipped and very clean. It is centrally located and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Close to two metro stations and many restaurants/cafes/bars. It was easy to get to from the airport on public transportation. Property manager Silvio was very responsive and has excellent English. We left some clothes by accident, which he let us know about the same day. He went above and beyond to meet us at the train station a few days later to return them to us. Now that is what I call surpassing expectations! I highly recommend this property, and certainly Silvio as a property manager! Thanks again, Silvio!
