Staff was excellent. Rooms clean. Not much in area to walk to but dining and free breakfast was very good. Pillows are hard. It would be nice to have some options.

We stayed 1 night because the hotel offer free airport tranfer. Close to MXP Malpensa airport. The room was clean and look new. They have the biggest bathroom of our whole trip in Italy. The breakfast was included and was a lot of options. The staff speak good english and nice.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was incredibly good. With gluten free and lactose free options. Good variety of juices and coffee. So if you have an early flight to catch it’s is a great option! The restaurant was expectacular in my opinion

Looking like a barn turned to a hotel. Taxi ride is very expensive. Hope they give their phone number with the reservation enable guests to get the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

Had a layover in Millan and chose this hotel over staying at the airport. Great decision. Shuttle to and from the airport. Friendly staff. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Would stay again.

Great stay, awesome customer service from shuttle driver to girls at front desk to restaurant staff. Everyone esas very nice and welcoming. Food is delicious, and if you have an early flight, they will prepare a bag with breakfast for you to take. Overall was a really good experience!

We enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was very good. It has a shuttle to and from the airport which was convenient. Highly recommend the on-site restaurant—it was very good.

The hotel is conveniently located relative with Milan's main international airport (Malpensa), with a free, reliable shuttle service to and from the airport. The room is fine and the hotel is clean. Their restaurant is very good, which is helpful because the area around the hotel does not offer much by way of eating (or shopping) options.

The staff is very friendly, the free shuttle to the airport is great and so is the restaurant on the property. The rooms however are dated (was on the 3rd floor, maybe different in other areas) and the AC didn’t work well at all and the room was over 25Celsius, basically no cold air and a loud fan noise without air coming out. I don’t understand the Fabulous rating on Expedia, maybe we were SOL and didn’t get what the other reviews are referring to. For the price I would have stayed at the Sheraton on the airport property.

We had a wonderful experience at the property. I had two kids with me. The staff responded to your enquiries very quickly. They were polite, professional, and warm. The room was clean and had modern amenities. I wasn’t bothered with one soap bar. I’m sure if I requested for another one, they would’ve happily given me another one. I love the convenience of the shuttle pick-up. I love the breakfast options with bacon, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, cereals, and endless pastries. The dinner was so lovely. The staff was accommodating. The price was reasonable. I would definitely stay there again if I had so stay near the Malpensa airport.
