"The staff worked with us and allowed us to drop our luggage off prior to check in and after check out. They were helpful and polite when we made requests. Our room was out of soap and conditioner. Thankfully we had our own. The dryer also stopped working while we were trying to wash and took us over 4 hours to wash and dry one load of clothing. "This is a self service property which is fine as long as you are prepared for it (towels etc are in your room but if you would like restock or extras there is a station on the floor with supplies). Our toilet wasn’t working when we initially arrived but the hotel staff were very responsive and fixed the issue within minutes of us calling.
