"Very good location close to Times Square. My girls and I were able to walk to most everything which was great. We only used the subway once when heading to The Color Factory."

"The PL staff (from the doorman to the housekeeping) was AMAZING. I have stayed with you over the years and it is still outstanding. We snacked and drank alot in downstairs bar. Service and food was amazing!! We should have stayed there for NYE. The only (-) was The Darling NYE Party. Not worth the money, terrible communication of what it offered. Manager and FOH Staff were clueless and the few bites of food were not good. Bartenders were serving good drinks but we paid for more.... Well Done...

"Great place to stay, room with 2 queen beds was large, lovely bathroom. Champagne handed out as you checked in, heated pool & warming shelters on rooftop with people swimming when temperatures were in the 20s. Nice restaurant & bar. Would definitely stay there again in NYC."
