"Loved that this isn’t a cookie cutter hotel. It’s a great blend of preserving the past and offering modern design/conveniences. The staff are very accommodating and went out of their way to resolve a mistake I made with my booking when I needed to extend by a day. Absolutely would stay again. When I visited, the Makeready restaurant and its Hidden Bar were closed for renovations. I deducted a star for amenities in my feedback form accordingly. The coffee in the Drug Store cafe was a daily treat."

"This property was like a unicorn of hotels. EVERY staff member was so kind and gracious. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast and evening meals were included and very appetizing. Plus you get 3 drinks a night and a live band. I mean they had everything covered. Even popcorn nightly in the main lobby. I would stay here again in heartbeat. Oh and its super close to Broadway lol"
