"The staff were very friendly and helpful 10/10 customer service. The property is walking distance from Times Square and was very convenient. The room is in okay condition. However the toilet gave us trouble every single day of the trip and we had to keep calling reception to send the handy man to unclog it. However the receptionist gave us a discount for the trouble. The room was also very hot, I would recommend leaving the windows open. Overall a great stay. "

"I had not been to Tropicana in years but good price in Havana Tower & like the Quarter. Room was on a high floor, corner with two views so that was great! Check in confusing - I never received a check in email. Check-out was more confusing - no instructions sent Had to call desk to find out it’s done via TV. For receipt it says call front desk, Front desk says go to where you checked in. Where I checked in was CLOSED & directs us to South Tower. So we are going to lug our bags to another tower...

"Checked the box 100% as far as an affordable room and super convenient location for that weekend traveler coming to NYC (MSG was right outside the front doors). Areas of opportunity, maybe a mini fridge for the room? Very likely though was available I just didn't take the time to ask 🙃 Id recommend! "
