"The hotel was nice enough. Pool was lovely. Lacking staff. Especially at the pool bar. The bartender tried his hardest but one person was not enough. Also the hours of operation of the pool and bar seemed more like nest guesses versus actual times. New Year’s Eve celebration started at 10. It was almost eleven before anyone from the staff arrived to provide service. Although it was new years the price to stay was still a bit steep "

"Check-in smooth. Vallet parking easy and around $60 Inc tax. Room reasonable size, bathroom a little small. Bit loud in the hallway. Pool was great. Beach access nice although only two beds included, if you want umbrella extra $25. Friendly staff. Check-out was easy. "

"All staff were extremely nice and helpful. Amenities were great, coffee maker was brought to room on request, and extra pods provided when requested. Hotel has a free shuttle to the beach, where they provide a chair and towel. Hotel is also in a great location, near stops for the free trolley, and within walking distance to many attractions.
