LOCATION: Take in endless ocean views from the rooftop pool deck or take a short 6 minute walk to the beach! Sunny Isles by Roami is the perfect home base for exploring everything Sunny Isles and South Florida has to offer.

The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 6 guests in 3 beds. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:
- Bedroom 1: 1 King (Sleeps 2)

AMENITIES: This property includes a rooftop pool with expansive views of the ocean and Sunny Isles skyline.

FREE PARKING: Two unassigned spaces are available in the gated garage, free of charge but on a first-come, first-served basis.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 4 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.

Overall very nice visit
We enjoyed our stay at Roami very much. It was clean, spacious, and a great location. There were; however, a few things missing that would have been nice such as a few beach chairs and/or beach toys/etc. We have 2 boys 10 and 12 and came from MN. Also, the kitchen was sparse. There were no oven gloves/hot pads or even a kitchen towel to dry the dishes, and there was one small fry pan for a family of four to make breakfast. Finally, although it was very clean, the space could use some attention. The walls need paint and the outdoor furniture is worn.

Check in was easy. Communication is amazing. Sextant stays are serious about what they do. Everything was top quality in the apartment. From the countertops, shower heads, the furniture, the apartment was super spacious. The pool was amazing the kids had a blast (it's really for younger kids so worked out for us) We will definitely try to stay with sextant in the future 👍👍👍
