Located in an Ocean Front Beach Resort in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. You'll love this cozy studio with a CITY VIEW. Featuring a king size bed, a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a balcony, and a dining area. Up to four people can be accommodated comfortably.

Please note that the hotel charges $132.50 resort fee per night for 2 adults and 2 kids under 12 years old. THE RESORT FEE ALLOWS ACCESS TO HOTEL AMENITIES, FREE WIFI, AND BEACH SERVICE, WHICH INCLUDES TOWEL, CHAIRS, AND UMBRELLAS

All refunds are subject to a 3.9% processing fee as the credit card fees are nonrefundable since those charges are kept by the credit card processor.

The location was nice and place was nice, but the additional $260 was not expected for valet and other items. This should have been disclosed up front.
