Staff was pleasant and helpful! Location was okay- due to city construction the pathway to beach was an obstacle however the hotel warned ahead of time. The room was very outdated and in need of working TV, draining shower, and updated furniture and curtains. However all the older historic hotels I’ve stayed at in a Miami Beach are the same way.

Hotel is terrible and i am not the difficult type. Pictures are nothing like the room. I felt catfish. Walls are dirty, sheets dirty, stains everywhere. I lefy after the first day. Only the girl at the reception that was actually nice.

The front desk clerk was very good/sweet. However, the property is the worst I’ve ever stayed at. The elevators “work,” but not really. The room is so old and worn out, it was really awful. Window coverings were barely hanging there and they didn’t cover the entire window. Blanket for bed was old worn brown thing that looked as if it hadn’t been washed for a long time. Thankfully, we were only staying one night. The building should be torn down or gutted.

this is actually the worst place ever!! So dirty and cockroaches and some of the staff are very strange. Terrible experience. The hotel is actually falling apart. Location is good, right by beach but otherwise terrible.

This property looks nothing like the advertised room photos and property. The rooms lights did not work properly and the elevator was so slow and seemed highly unsafe. There were no bed covers and hair left in the shower from previous guests. Awful!

I really like the proximity of the beach and the pirate park, perfect for a family stay. Check-in here are pretty late compare to the industry : 4 pm. Be aware that a 50$ fee might be ask for an early check-in. A 20$ fee is asked at the front desk for wifi pool, we didn't even went to see what the pool looks like. Wifi should be included in daily price in my opinion. The elevator is crazy slow, but you'll get there !
