Excellent rooftop amenity, nice rooms with double sinks, amazing customer service and front staff especially Cristian and Roberto! Free filtered water, never felt sick drinking it. They made our stay extra friendly and special. Loved the hotel, great walkable location to Roma, Condesa, Angel of Independence and quick can ride to Chapultepec, and other areas. Will stay here again on our next trip to Mexico City!

The hotel is located in a great spot, the staff is super helpful, and the size of the room was nice. The internet can be slow at times and even time out. As I was on the 1 floor of rooms, the second floor of the building, there was noise from the street (on the street side) and the sewer smell in the bathroom was strong always. My friends were 2 floors up and on the back side, room 5 did not have the noise or smell. Other than the smell it was a great hotel.

Stay was fine - hotel was well located and reasonably priced. I had to remind them of the VIP benefits, which is a bit annoying but not uncommon to be honest. Overall, I would stay there again.

It was an OK hotel but I will look for another hotel for my next stay. Shower had very low water pressure and was luke warm. Room is tiny with everything- shower, bath and bedroom in one room, with no where comfortable to sit and watch TV. Service was very nice and the location was good for our trip.

It is an OK place, based on what it offers... Except it doesn't look and feel like a VIP Hotel. Pillows and bed covers have been washed in standard washing machines so are full of lumps inside, making sleep not very confortable.
