Really wonderful location with ample opportunities for dining out in the immediate vicinity. Albeit a little loud at night, it’s a small trade off for the views and great room. Would highly recommend for the morning coffee on the balcony alone.

Great all around -location, staff, room, restaurants & bar!!! Note that not all rooms have air conditioning. Not a problem in January, but would be most other times of the year. A bit noisy at night, from the bar music. Which didn’t bother me as I was out late. Lighting in the bathroom could be a lot better (hard to put on makeup) and the rainfall shower although pleasant, isn’t very good for getting shampoo out of long, curly hair (more pressure is a must). Very comfortable beds & bedding, well appointed rooms, mini fridge and Nespresso machine in suite! Staff were friendly and helpful, Nancy in particular. Would recommend staying here.👍👍👍

Very nice place in a very ‘happening’ part of Roma Norte. The room was very nice and relaxing, excellent bathroom and the deck opened everything up. The restaurant on the ground floor is very popular, always filled up with what I would call a ‘smart’ set of patrons. There’s a small bar/restaurant on the top floor also, very popular. I was there for two weeks, was very comfortable and always felt safe. When I return to Mexico City I’ll stay here.

My fiancé and I came here for a quick weekend, and we will definitely be back. Fernanda, the main hostess, was incredibly accommodating and our room was beautiful and clean. Although in a busy area with lots of restaurants and bars, we never felt like it was too noisy in the room. We felt safe walking, biking, and using the bus around town. Highly recommend!

Fernanda and the rest of the staff were attentive, personable, and provided great recommendations in the area. The location of this hotel is superb! Easily walkable to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and bakeries. We did a lot of walking throughout Roma Norte and La Condesa neighborhoods, but Uber was also our friend when we wanted to explore Chapultepec park and Centro Histórico. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor which we could hear from our room at night, but it wasn't bad at all. The room was very clean and had newer finishes and fixtures. The staff cleaned our room and made our bed every day. We loved our time here and would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Loved the property, newly remodled, very clean, very comfortable, great location to museums and restaurants. Staff very friendly and super easy checkin. Only downside was room sitting right next to a nightcub, it was super noisy. Bring good ear plugs or you'll not get any sleep. Luckily, I had some. I think you'll experience this anywhere in centro.

Loved our stay here, everything was clean and comfortable. Fernanda was also attentive and checked in with us a few times during our one week trip. We checked in after midnight and there was someone at the desk who showed us how to take the elevator and get into our room. There were sheer and blackout curtains which were nice to have for the early mornings. There was no AC in our room so make sure to book the right room type if you’re looking for AC. We didn’t have too much of a problem because Fernanda sent a really strong tower fan to us immediately after asking about it. Ventilation could be a bit better but wasn’t an issue at all when you open the bathroom window or balcony. Housekeeping was great and bed was comfortable. Sometimes it got a bit loud outside but nothing bothered us. Would love to stay here again next time!
