"It was the most amazing hotel I have ever been in. For the price point I have never been treated so well at a hotel. They had so many amenities and the staff was so kind and helped us so much! Most spoke english very well and some just a little but you are in mexico so don't expect anyone to speak english but I thought it was very nice. They also had free food and drinks (not alcohol) at the cafe in the front for guests and a free tour on some days that is 3 hours long! We weren't able to go because of timing but it seemed so nice. They also had many tours you could sign up for at cost and would help with that. In addition, they had free amazing breakfast where you would order off a menu. Overall the best hotel experience I have ever had and I would go back again and again and recommend this to anyone. Very central too near the historic part of town so very walkable. "
