Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. This was one of the nicest places we stayed in in Mexico City.

Hotel is in lovely old mansion beautifully restored. On a quiet street but within a couple blocks of several outstanding restaurants. Staff is one of a kind and felt like family by the end of our stay. Spotless and safe.

Well when I arrived the welcoming wasn't that great, got some hard looks from staff at front desk but on the next day during breakfast, the staff that was serving the meals treated me with kindness and respect, making me have a different view of the place. The hotel is a cozy, clean, and very safe place and Other than what I just said, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
