"Great customer service from the start to the end of our stay. Greeted with utmost friendliness by the manager and receptionist at check-in, who showed us the amenities, offered us drinks from the coffee machine, and showed us our room. Check out was excellent as well. The room was newly renovated and clean. The only issues were a very loud washroom fan and that during sleeping, the hallway lights shine through the roller blind edges and the air conditioner makes inconsistent noisy sounds which make it hard to sleep if you need silence."

"Love the amenities. The fitness room is spacious with a lot of equipment and areas to stretch. Enjoyed using the sauna and outdoor hot tub. Had dinner at Crave: the prime rib was delicious and the yorkshire pudding was gigantic. The one drawback is that we could hear someone walking upstairs. For an upscale hotel, i thought the floors would be better insulated. Overall I enjoyed the stay and want to come back. "

"Lovely hotel, very comfortable, in a convenient location. Breakfast was included and had a good selection, and used china plates and proper cutlery instead of the mounds of disposable stuff so many hotels use. Enjoyed the pool & hot tub, the complimentary tea/coffee and the comfy seats by the fireplace in the foyer. Room was large & quiet, & bed very comfortable Would stay again"
