"Excellent stay, great location, good service. A little disappointing that a hotel of this caliber doesn’t offer room service, and a little annoyed to be charged for pickup coffee at the restaurant when it’s free in the lobby. These are details but irritating ones. Otherwise, I would definitely stay again!"

"I loved everything about my stay at L7 Chicago by Lotte. From the special note and mini cup cakes and lucky charms left my Courtney & Team for my bday. They gave me a perfect room with a view of the river! Which was my only desire. They hit the mark and they sure knew how to make a gal feel special. "

"What we really liked about the rooms at The River Hotel was how the two beds were in separate rooms, though it’s not a true suite. Having two bathrooms in a standard room is great, too, especially when traveling with teens. The front desk staff was fantastic including the valet. "
