"The room was beautiful and perfect for a family stay. The only thing was the lack of staff for check-in and guidance to where the room was. We also were charged an extra resort fee at check-in that we were not aware of. Waterpark was very crowded. But overall it was a good weekend, the kids loved it and we will likely be back."

"The room was spacious, clean, and the fridge is massive. Check-in and communication was excellent. The only drawback was that due to staying on the ground floor, we could hear loud steps and furniture being moved around by the guests in the room above us, who went to bed very late. This is not really an issue with the motel, but just a heads up that if you’re sensitive to noise, try getting a second-level room as the ceiling and walls are not very insulated against noise."
