"A well run, efficient, friendly hotel with very pleasant well trained staff. Hotel pool and gym in excellent order, as was the rest of the hotel. Some bedrooms are reserved especially for those of us with dogs, with doggy waste bins in the grounds. Will definitely return here."

Enjoyed using the coffee machine and appreciated the excellent breakfast tea and china teapot. Lovely biscuits and complimentary gin too. Also liked the chocolates and handwritten postcard for my husband's birthday, a nice gesture. Made full use of the spa facilities the following morning namely the pool, jacuzzi and relaxation room. Would highly recommend a stay here."

"Great stay, rooms are beautiful and the renovation in the rooms is really good! The hotel still has a lot of work going on but the rooms are clean, warm and very comfortable. The staff are friendly polite and the breakfast was great! The lady this morning was absolutely brilliant, caring and asked if we needed anything else. Breakfast was a great standard - well done team! One of the nicest hotel stays! "
