"I had an early morning procedure at the Cleveland Clinic, so my husband and I came into town and stayed here the night before. It was a 2-minute drive but would have been easily walkable under different circumstances, so the location was perfect. Parking cost extra but it was an easy and spacious in and out to the garage which was in very close proximity to the hotel. Worth the extra $20 for the convenience. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and notably professional and accommodating. We had a king studio/suite, which was very comfortable, clean, and private. The free breakfast has plenty of options, was prepared well, and was plentiful. There were a few restaurants within walking distance and this hotel is also close to museums and parks. We will definitely be back for any future hospital appointments, but it is also just a great urban location if you are looking to get away."
