"Overall room is big and clean. Our room only came with 1 bar of soap and no shampoo. I asked for more soap they did bring some. If you stay on odd number rooms it faces the street and is very loud in the morning. Wish they supplied more water bottles in the room. Myra was great at the front desk."

"It’s a beautiful place, our room was quite lovely (once we found it) and all the soaking tubs were quite enjoyable. But… The check-in process was the WORST I have ever experienced. When we arrived there were a few people ahead of us to check-in and the lobby quickly filled up with over 8-9 groups checking in. There was one person handling check-ins and it did eventually jump to 3 people and we had the luck of landing with a very new employee who was constantly waiting on the help of the other...
