Great location-
The only thing that we were not aware of was that this is an upstairs unit only. Having elderly family with us- we managed, but would've been nice to know upfront. Other then that ALL of our activities were super close range and so the location was perfect. 🙂

Memphis trip
2flr (upstairs) you have to walk around the back and walk up some questionable stairs. The yard was not cleaned at all the trash was filled to the rim at check in…. With a bad Oder. Was in the house it was nice well stocked and clean. There were a few things that need to be fixed. The neighbors are nice. I would have preferred staying on the bottom floor because the stairs were scary. Do think I would stay again but it did fit a group of 15 well.

Weekend Stay
The check in and out process was a breeze. The property manager was accommodating. The house was exactly what the photos depicted. We had a family of 14 and easily made this house work for our purpose. The Memphis zoo, Overton Park, and many restaurants are around the corner. Will stay here again.

It was our first rental house stay n we LOVED it!
Rooms were very spacious each individual family had there own room. Just needed more full bathroom but we made it work. We all were together not going back from hotel room to hotel room so that was a plus we were able to cook breakfast n dinner each day. LOVED it!

Perfect for a group of 10 friends
The house was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning. Close to Beale Street and Overton Square. Valerie was available with any concern or question we had. Memphis is a very friendly city.

Quiet neighborhood
The property was pretty well kept and spacious. The neighborhood was nice and also quiet and not far from any of the sites and sounds of Memphis. We really enjoyed our stay. And if I HAD to mention a con, then it would be the stairs. The stairs were a bit steep ( we stayed in the upstairs unit). But if you don't have an issue with climbing, this should not be a problem for you. However, my family and I are planning to book this same location next summer. It really was a nice set up. Everything was included, shampoo, body wash, toiletries, towels, bedding, iron, washer/dryer, and even spices and dishes if you wanted to buy food and cook. I would definitely recommend this property.

Don't book this location the grills are dirty the steps are not safe the AC unit didn't work properly I would like my money back or at least half only because we had to stay I had my family of 20 people coming in from different parts of the US... This is our first time using the upstairs home! This home was great! The grills were not ready at the time however, the weather was rainy and cold so it wouldnt have been a good experience. If you are afraid of heights i would suggest you stay downstairs because they are pretty high. There was a slip and fall due to wet weather so please be careful! The house was clean and ready for use! Plenty of linens and towels. Best place to stay with plenty of beds and we were equipped with WiFi, water and wine complementary!

The property was clean and very well stocked.
We brought 13 high school students to Memphis to visit LeMoyne-Owen College and University of Memphis. We also attended a Memphis Grizzlies game while we were there. The location of this property was close to everything we needed. We arrived at the Amtrak station around 11 pm. There was a representative at the house to greet us and introduce us to the property. We felt right at home, as we were able to cook breakfast for our kids before leaving out each morning. The owner texted me daily to make certain that we were comfortable. I will definitely rent this place again.

This house was great place to stay! Not too expensive of an uber ride to Beale Street. We had 13 girls stay in the house and everyone had enough space to spread out and even get ready for the night without being on top of each other. Would definitely stay here again if ever with a large group in Memphis again!

Great Location. Nice for a large party.
Overall, I think we had a great experience. Valerie Bobo was very nice and helped us out whenever we needed it. When we got there the cable service was out due to the bad storms in the area, but Valerie got Comcast out there fast and got our Cable and Internet service restored. The TV was a nice smart TV with Roku built in, so we were able to share YouTube videos and Netflix straight from our phones with no problem. The cable box was hooked up to the RF Antenna slot of the TV instead of an HDMI plug, so the cable picture wasn't a nice as it could have been, but it sufficed for us to was the American Ninja Warrior marathon that played all weekend whenever we were taking a break. Our stay was to visit many food destinations in Memphis and to play board games. We specifically rented this place because it is very close to Cozy Corner Barbecue, which is still our favorite in Memphis, but it is also in the center of town, so it's close to pretty much everything. The 10 double beds (2 per bedroom) were adequate for our party. The dining room table was of adequate size for our board gaming. The only complaint I would have is that the common area isn't very large, so the table is right in the TV area, so it was impossible for some people to game while others listened to TV. Too much sound interference. There is one half-bath and one full-bath. The full-bath has 2 separate showers in it, so you can have 2 people shower at once, but it can be awkward. We never ran out of hot water, though. Despite a few small flaws, we really enjoyed our stay at this property and would highly recommend it. Recommended Places to Eat: Cozy Corner - BBQ - Get Baloney Sandwich, Rib Ends, Wings, or anything. Gus's Fried Chicken - on Mendenhall Rd. Gibson's Doughnuts - Across Street from Gus's, best to go early in day La Michoacana - Mexican Ice Cream and Paletas Central Barbecue - Only BBQ we've found to stand up to Cozy Corner. Ribs and Portobello Sandwich are great. Elwood's Shack - literally a shack behind Lowes. Really good deli sandwiches, and pimento cheese. Get the Armadillo Eggs. Dyer's Burgers - Only good food we have found on Beale Street. Definitely a unique experience.

Must Stay Here
There was a group of 10 people that stayed for a Bachelor Party. The house was exceptional! It was clean, well organized, had all kitchen items we needed, clean towels and they even provided coffee and wine. The neighborhood of the home was nice too, we never felt unsafe. Beale St was less than a $15 cab ride away. We were unable to utilize the outside because of rain but it looked nice as well. When heading to Memphis with a group check out this home!

Perfect!!
This place was perfect for us. It was easily big enough for all 14 of us to stay comfortably. I can say for certain that it by far exceed our expectations. Close to everything, maybe a 5 min cab ride ($10.00 at most) to downtown. If we in Memphis again we will defiantly come back!!
