The location of this home is tough to beat as it is right on Second St. Walking distance to the Renasant Convention Center, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and the Bass Pro Pyramid. 5 minutes to Beale St., FedEx Forum, The Orpheum Theater, and the rest of downtown. Or catch a carriage ride as they pass right by your front door and enjoy your leisurely ride downtown.

Spacious 1,600 sqft. home is recently remodeled, everything fresh and new. 4K TVs in every room and high speed internet.

First floor has one bedroom with a queen bed with a comfortable Casper mattress, and one full bath. Spacious living room includes a two story ceiling and a comfy full length couch that can sleep one. Kitchen includes quartz countertops, matching custom backsplash, and stainless steel appliances.

Second floor has one bedroom with one queen bed with a comfortable Casper mattress, and a one full bath. Also upstairs is a newly added loft area with two twin XL beds (also comfortable Casper mattresses) and a futon that will sleep one. The loft looks down on the first floor living room and has access to a balcony overlooking the front yard and Second St.
