"We stayed in a standard room at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The room was clean and ready early, which would have been a bonus if our flight wasn’t delayed. One of my favorite features was the complimentary shuttle service that runs from 9 AM to 11 PM, making it so convenient to get to and from downtown Key West. The pool area was fantastic, with a bar and food service available—perfect for relaxing after a long day. We enjoyed the food at Chicken Walk, and for my birthday, we dined at Tavern N Town. The restaurant gave me a free entrée just by showing my ID, and the food was absolutely delicious. The only downside was the “beach” area. While there were nice chairs for lounging, the water didn’t look very clean, which was disappointing. Another thing to note is that daily room cleaning isn’t provided for short stays. This wasn’t an issue for us, but I did hear others mention it. We also had a clogged toilet but it was fixed quickly. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The front desk staff, restaurant teams, and shuttle drivers were all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, offering great tips about the area. The hotel’s location near the airport and a golf course is also a bonus. We had a great time and will definitely be back! "
