"We had problems finding it by satnav/post code, but it was well worth this frustration Lovely old buildings with lots of original features. Our room was fairly small, but very nice with a balcony overlooking the gardens and lake. Fortunately, from our point of view, no major events (eg. weddings) were being celebrated, so all was relatively peaceful. Having said this, I’m sure it would be perfect for weddings, etc."

"What an amazing little find this hotel is. Right in the centre of Bury, 10 minute walk if that to the shops, market, pubs and restaurants. Earlier check in than most hotels of 1pm, but they were happy if we got there earlier for us to leave our car in their car park so we could go about our day. Our room was clean, tidy and functional, nice shower, comfy bed and nice selection of drinks available in the room. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast the next morning was lovely....
