The one-bedroom apartment has its own private entrance that leads onto a wonderful pool deck. Furnishing is modern and of excellent quality with private amenities, fully equipped for a self-catering holiday, The apartment comprises a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, A 1 bedroom for 2 /3 persons, a baby cot, and a high chair can be provided. the bedroom consists of 1 double bed, 2 side tables, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, mirrors 2 armchairs, a coffee table, Flat tv, and air conditioning, the 3rd person may be provided with an extra bed and facilities on request. The large swimming pool is shared with only 2 other apartments rented only and exclusively to resident holidaymakers, the pool is split with a shallow baby pool to cater to little kids. The pool measures 950cm x 500 cm. Depth is 190 cm, shallow part 90cm

Holiday bei Melitas Villa June!
What else can I say? The holidays at Melita's Villa June were almost perfect. The villa offers plenty of space and the pool is magnificent. The barbecue evenings with fresh fish were a great success. Melita herself was always available to contact and very friendly. The city Mellieħa is simply beautiful and clean, ideal for holidays. It won't be our last visit :-)

Lovely apartment
Lovely apartment that was very clean, central, private and quiet with a very comfortable bed. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Good location to explore the island from. 25 minute walk across tranquil rural farmland to secluded and beautiful bays. Beautiful to sit and enjoy the views and lovely coastal walks. Hosts were very thoughtful, helpful, friendly and informative with lots of valued suggestions on things to do and see.

very nice house and appartment, perfect location, very friendly landlady
I stayed for 8 days in December/January, the landlady gave me perfect driving directions from the airport, and the location is very good for exploring both Malta and Gozo. Supermarket and beach are close by, and driving to Valetta is only 25 min.

Our host Melita was wonderful to deal with. Attentive and helpful, Melita was informative about her home country, responded quickly to our needs, but also respectful of our privacy. What a lovely lady and great host - we would stay there again ! It's also within walking distance to a handy grocery store and lots of great restaurants. The pool area is quite special and as the other 2 units were unoccupied, we had the whole area to ourselves - this is where we enjoyed our Mediterranean breakfast almost every day.

Friendly and helpful host - super place!
Driving to the property, we could see that it was a very clean, quiet and affluent area, which was a great start. Upon arrival, Melita, the host, greeted us at the gate and brought us down to our apartment. Turning the corner we could see how clean the pool area was. The pool was crystal clear. Melita made us feel at home from the very start, and we chatted for a while. The apartment was spotless and catered for the two of us perfectly. You pay via a meter for air conditioning but even though it was in the mid thirties our apatment always seemed cool. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, either as a couple in the one bedroom apartment right up to about a dozen people taking up the whole three apartments.

Lovely property
My partner and I stayed for one week at Melitas lovely property. We hired a car in advance which we collected/dropped off at the airport. This property was in a great location particularly if you have a car, you can access anywhere in Malta within 45 mins. The property was great and had everything we needed, plus the pool was an added bonus (very refreshing). Mel it’s was very accommodating, and gave us some useful advice on where to visit. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

We both had a great week at June Ville, Melita was an incredible host who's knowledge of the Maltese history and tourist attractions was very helpful. We had a good few "Chin Wag's" with Melita herself and had a good laugh at the time. Overall we had a great week, and would recommend anyone to stay at June Ville. Best regards to Melite and Godfery.

Paradise in the heart of The Mediterranean
Our stay was nothing short of perfect! I’m a frequent traveler and very picky. I must admit, from the moment we arrived, I was totally at ease. Our premier host, Melita is a gem! She welcomed us, checked on us and gave us a warm goodbye!!! She is our first Maltese friend and hope she will be yours as well. The early morning sunrise by the pool was perfect! Felt very homey feeling
The owners were very welcoming and showed us the features of the apartment and answered any questions we had. The property was very clean and showed pride of ownership. The pool and deck areas were wonderful for the days when we just stayed at home, so too speak. There are several good grocery stores, bakeries, liquor stores and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk of the property. Also, the Malta bus system is very good and covers most of the island, you don't need to rent a car there. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, it was like staying with relatives you actually like! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

A quietretreat
Good place for a couple or with baby looking to tour the island and have a good base that offers a chance to stay a whole day if you are tired as it has a pool. Not for those who want total privacy as there are three apartments in the basement of this house. The apartments are well equipped while this is the smallest - more of a large studio bedroom but this one comes good individual outdoor space. I was ill and in hospital during the stay and the owner was superb. She did everything she could to help.

Wonderful stay
I would like to start by praising Melita. We were due to travel a few days after Malta changed the entry requirements, during all the stress of waiting to see if we could get out or not she stayed in touch by email and was very helpful. The check in information was very concise and during the stay Melita was near by for help and information, but kept a discreet distance. The arpartment was very clean and Melita had very kindly popped some milk, water and juice in the fridge. The outside space is also very clean and there was plenty of room for privacy from the other guests. The area is very quiet, but close to buses and some bars and restaurants at the beginning of Mellieha

Fantastic!!
We stayed here at June Ville for 10 days. Melita was very welcoming, she arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport and take us back at the end of our stay. Melita gave us information about buses and places to visit. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was very clean and well maintained and was a welcome sight at the end of a very hot day. Shops are about a 10 minute walk away and so is the local bus route which takes you anywhere in Malta. Melita is amazing at what she does, not at all intrusive but is there should you need here for any information etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and Malta was a wonderful place to visit. I would nit hesitate to recommend this as a place to stay. Thank you again for everything Melita.

Wonderful holiday, wonderful host
We had a wonderful time at Melita’s one bedroomed apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and the bedroom spacious. Great for the two of us. Melita the owner was wonderful she lives above the three apartments and knows everything there is to know about Malta she gave us great advice about where to go even down to the best restaurant to visit in Medna. The pool area is great and gets the sun from sunrise to sunset and there are lovely quiet areas to seat. The walk down to the the shoreline takes about 15 minutes and a further 10 minutes if you want to go into Melleiha We only had 7 days at this really lovely apartment and have decided that we will go back to Melita’s next year to complete the places we wish to see. Thank you Melita for being such a gracious host look forward to seeing you next year. Kim and Graham

Lovely apartment
Our stay with Melita was lovely. The apartment was clean and spacious and exactly as described. The pool area was lovely too. Melita couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay comfortable and helped with a hire car to be brought to the property for us. I would say that a hire car is essential here as the estate is built on a very steep hill and, as someone with mobility issues, I had a trouble getting around the estate on foot. The location though is great and once the hire car was organised, our week here was fabulous! Melita had left water, juice, tea, coffee and milk in the apartment so there was no need to rush out to the shops for supplies. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the property to others. Thank you, Melita for a lovely holiday. We will see you again soon.

Amazing holiday - 100% Recommend
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at June Ville. The apartment was spotless, well equipped and exactly as pictured/described, in fact we thought it was above expectations! The host Melita was so very welcoming and there if you needed her but not intrusive, she was able to recommend places to visit and restaurants ect as needed. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk to the bus stop where you can get buses to everywhere, we bought a bus pass for 7 days for €21 to get on as many buses as we liked and were able to get to everywhere we wanted. There is also a fabulous strip of shops and restaurants about a 20 minute walk from the property so plenty to explore without even having to travel anywhere. The location is perfect if you want somewhere set back from the hustle of tourists but still close to amenities. We will definitely be recommending Malta to our friends and family as a place to visit and June Ville as the perfect place to stay. Thank you so much Melita for having us and making our stay in Malta stress free and very comfortable, if we return to Malta in the future we know where to stay for sure!

This place has all you need for a family and friends
We stayed in one bed room apartment. It is on the ground floor with a great amount of privacy but seconds away from the fantastic swimming pool. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable even when an extra single bed was added for our child. The kitchen and bathroom are fully functioning and we loved an outside area with a sizeable dining table, chairs and deck chairs that were all cleverly positioned for each apartment's guests. Melita and her husband are also very friendly and great hosts who were there for us whenever needed. UK being so cold and grey this summer, we were desperate for sunshine and beautiful beaches with a nice, relaxing accommodation and we had it. It would be best to have a car to venture out on the island since there's enough parking space for this villa but local amenities and transportations are not so far that this place is good for anyone, everyone. I highly recommend and will come back for sure.

Lovely place with an exceptional apartment and location and a fantastic host
It was our first time on Malta for holiday and it was one of the most impressive stays we had. From the evening we booked, Melita was an outstanding and professional host. She supported us in terms of transfer, directions to the property and assisted with anything needed and answered any question we had. The apartment itself is abeautifully, clean, well situated private location. It is well equipped with everything needed. Melita and her husband are providing a lovely, quiet place. The location of the apartment is a perfect starting point to explore the island which is full of history, great locations with and without water. Melita provided many helpful suggestions as well as lecture to study. We had a great time on Malta and taking with us lots of memories where Melita with her property is definitely part of it. We stayed 11days beginning of November, which was too short. In case we are visiting Malta again we already know where to stay. Many thanks to Melita for her outstanding hospitality. Fantastic stay with a lovely host
The property is lovely with a great pool which is shared with a couple of other apartments' guests. In total all the apartments take around 10 people so even if all by the pool it will never be overcrowded. Appartment is large bedroom with seating area, kitchen with dining area and showeroom. All is immaculate and well equipped. Melita the host is really lovely, she provided welcome provisions such as water, milk, juice, tea and coffee. Melita is very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Malta and happy to provide information. The villa is 10 mins walk from the main road where you can get busses all over the island. Busses are frequent for most destinations but the timetable is mostly aspirational. Download the Tallinja app click on the bus stop name (Pittiross) and it will more or less tell you what's coming. The villa is in a quiet residential area with no high-rises or hotels and it's nice and quiet at night. There's a steep driveway to go up and down to the appartment but if you are fine with a flight of stairs it's unlikely to be an issue. If ten min walk to bus (it's up a slight hill) is too much then would recommend hiring a car or using the BOLT taxi app to get around the islannd.
