"Location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. House was very cute. In fair shape for the age of the home. Everything was described exactly as listed. We had an issue with the A/C. Didn’t work the first day. Called maintenance on day 2. The unit was frozen. They brought us a portable unit and had someone come out to service the system at 6pm but it still wasn’t cooling. The portable unit got us through the night. However we were extremely hot for 2 days. "

"We did have air conditioning issues. They sent tech right away but, was an issue he could not fix. So we had no air conditioning upstairs for the stay. Amenities were great, property was as shown and location was perfect. Just too warm at night."

"The inside of the house is organized. The carpet and rugs have a lot of animal hair which kept sticking to our clothing. We have people who are allergic to cats and dogs so this was an issue for us. There was a broken floor board in one of the rooms and a nail sticking out too. We saw cockroaches in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable and there was sufficient supply of towels. The location of the property is within a reasonable distance to all touristy stuff. "

"I felt like I was in my own little studio loft apartment. It was very nice and chic. The location is in the heart of downtown Savannah, so it was a little noisy at times, but I didn't mind.
