There are two reasons why this Sub Penthouse needs to be at the top of your list. Firstly , Size does matter when it comes to accomadation, and at around 100 square meters you will not find another 2 bedroom apartment in the Southbank prescient. The second reason this apartment needs to be considered is the potential value I can offer my guests. Weekend accomadation can be very expensive . If guests are looking for a good weekend away but the thought of paying hotel prices is really everyone reluctant to commit , then consider my apartment. The size of my apartment allows me the space to sleep up to 10 guests . My apartment over the years has been the perfect place for a group of friends to have a special night out in the city. If guests split the costs ,it becomes very affordable ,especially on a Saturday night . The apartment is also fitted out with luxury and comfort in mind.
Your master bedroom has wall mounted 65 inch smart tv( Netflix, amazon prime , Foxtel , Stan ) which you can enjoy from your award winning sleeping duck mattress. You just can’t find these finishes in your standard rentals .
Over the years my apartment the opportunity for a group of friends an affordable cost option for a groups of friends to have a night out in the city. Sat night can be expensive as the price of a hotel room can go double or triple . Ideally on a premium night my guests would pay approx. around $. My offer is unique and fulfills a niche in the market . I could not tell you how many groups celebrating a hens or bucks have booked my place over the years.

It is important for guests to realise firstly the apartment 2 Bedroom apartment .
4 guests is very comfortable
6 guests comfortable ( use modular sofa )
8 or 10 guests ( not comfortable for the guests using inflatable mattresses )

8 -10 guests suitable if you have kids ,
If 8-10 adults minimal nights unless your group does not mind .

The reason why I provide this option is simply some of us don't want to spend $200 per person per night . When their are 8 or 10 guests the cost will be under $100 a night.

Completely disappointing & disgusting
It was horrible and dirty. The host clearly doesn't know how to clean his apartment prior to guests arriving. The only reason why we stayed was because it was over NYE and we had kids and bookings. We would like to take this further with your complaints department as we are seeking reimbursement and compensation for numerous issues including misleading advertising.

Sleeps not as much
False Advertising for the amount of people able to sleep in the Apartment. Definitely can not fit what is listed. Guests must sleep on blow up mattress which deflated the first night, after contacting the manager after the first night, we did not get a reply for the entire trip, which was 4 nights. Towels and sheets also stained and dirty. Great area to stay but wouldn’t recommend.

Same towels different tenants
The sheets were dirty with stains and hair. The towels were dirty. Just as well there was a washing machine and dryer, as we washed and changed the sheets ourselves. The apartment smelt musty. The floors weren’t vacuumed. The air mattress that was provided as the third bed was usable as it kept going down as there was a hole in it.
