"This unit checked all the boxes. It was located right on the ocean with great views, it was in a gated community, and everything was extremely well taken care of. The entire unit was very well-appointed. This is by far the cleanest, most organized unit I have ever stayed in and I've stayed in numerous VRBO units worldwide. Even down to the silverware which was perfectly aligned in the drawers."

"The location was excellent, but the property is in need of a refresh. The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. The dishwasher was basically useless and we had to hand wash almost everything. There were numerous roaches. There was a delay with check in due to the cleaning crew and we had to wait over an hour in our car with groceries."

"The unit was a little dated but well appointed and very clean. The location is just outside the main Kiawah gate so it is easily accessible but also comes with a pass to get onto Kiawah. It is right down the street from a public beach access. "
