"I wish we could have stayed longer. Very nice cabin in a beautiful area. Very clean and well equipped. A perfect place to get away but not too far from town. We saw some elk, eagles and ducks from the front porch. The aspens were awesome and we loved the drive up on the Flat Tops. The fall colors were unreal."

"Good communication with owners. Loved the fire pit and outdoor lighting and BBQ area. Cabin was a little chilly but a heater was provided in a bedroom. Beds were a little small but comfortable. Had a good time soaking up the fall colors and excellent location to USFS and fishing. Quiet neighbors."

"This is a great house for families. Everything you need for a stay in the mountains and close to everything. Awesome views and neighborhood and easy access from the highway. Over 4 feet of snow came during our stay and it was cold! Someone came to plow the circle drive and in front of the garage each morning. We had to shovel the steps from the house down to the garage/driveway. We were glad to have access to a garage with all the snow. The hot tub was an excellent bonus! Only recommendation...

"Purpose of our stay was the Meeker Sheepdog Trials. Our location was perfect, the cleanliness of our cabin was perfect, the amenities in the cabin were perfect. My daughter and I were overjoyed with the entire experience. We hope to return for the 2025 trials. Many thanks to this unique and perfect facility."

"We stayed at the river house. The cabin was very nice! We did have a microwave, coffee maker and k cup machine which I did not see on the listing but was nice to have! There was not a washer or dryer at the cabin. We enjoyed the outdoor areas though there were a lot of mosquitos during our stay. We reached out to the property manager who was very nice though we were confused because some of the numbers in the manual were wrong numbers. Overall nice place to stay and felt very roomy."
