"Arriving early, my room was ready; however, it was a room facing the busy street, with an entry facing common shared areas with high traffic. As a single woman, I did not want an area with limited privacy; worse yet, an area with internal and external access to many- as well as noisy. Ben, at check in, easily resolved the situation without disregard. Alba at housekeeping welcomed me as I took the elevator. The staff and location make Copley Square Hotel a welcoming and safe place. Thank you."

"My son and I stayed for one night. The check in process was fast and easy. The Hotel has plenty of spaces for parking, and it was an easy access to the main lobby from the garage, which is the only way to access the elevators to the rooms. The room was clean and very quite. It was a very comfortable stay! "
