"I stayed in Lakeview and the room and view were really nice. It was like you were staying in a Bed and breakfast but better. Nice amenities in the room like a refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, ceramic coffee mugs. Very homey. And the breakfast buffet was plentiful."

"Was our first time in Watkins Glen and Lakeside Resort and we loved it so much we’ve already booked another adventure for the fall! Everything about Lakeside was easy—check-in, parking, unpacking, having our dog with us, the on-site restaurant (delicious food!!!), and the well appointed chalet. Oh, and every person we encountered there was friendly and helpful. The view from our chalet was like a postcard, too. "

"The Hampton Inn Penn Yan was great!! It was right in the middle of everything including the wineries! The staff was friendly and welcoming and the rooms were very clean! Their continental breakfast was really great as well! "

Self parking is $10/day however if you arrive on Friday afternoon do not buy the parking option, because the garage is a shared city run op and it’s free all weekend! The exit gate is open late afternoon Friday even it’s not the charge is $2. "
