A week before my trip I asked to change my reservation from 2 ppl to 5. I was told this was allowed, but I was not informed of additional fees until the day I arrived, in a phone call. I was offered a "deal" to just pay for extra guests via paypal to avoid a lot of extra fees and taxes. I was given incorrect wifi information for the property. Upon my arrival I quickly reached out to the manager to inform them the back bedroom of the camper had water coming in from the outer wall. He did not seem concerned, but told me he would work on getting someone out to look at it. No one ever came. The second night I asked about access to the hot tub, since it was mentioned in the property description. I was told that was not an amenity offered for my property location, even though it was listed as one. The property manager did swiftly go and update the property description to remove that amenity. I was not reimbursed. My third day there I informed him the sink was not draining. I was told I needed to empty the gray water and I should not have rented a camper if I did not know how to do this myself. I was offered a partial refund in exchange for a favorable review. I declined. I expressed my frustration aggressively in messages. When I threatened to file a complaint I was told that one would be filed against me for being rude and lying about my guest count, and that he would make sure no one from VRBO would ever rent to me again.
