"The listing claims 5 bedrooms and 7 beds. THIS IS A LIE! The house has 4 bedrooms and 5 beds. Host was argumentative and unwilling to make things right by me and my team some of which had to sleep on couches. Host texted morning of check out and told us to leave by 10am when the listing says 11am. The house is old and outdated. Worst experience EVER!!!Do not rent from this liar. "

"Our family of 5 (3 teens 2 adults) stayed here for 1 night, and the kids were actually upset that we didn't stay longer! The house was nicely appointed, the location felt safe, and the house was very clean. There were extra linens and towels in case they were needed and so many bed options (bedrooms (1) king twin, (2) 1 queen, (3) 2 full twin, (4) 1 twin loft.) "This was a great place especially given the price. Walkable to the Zoo and restaurants and a short cab ride to pretty much anywhere in the city. Seemed like a super safe neighborhood."

"Had a wonderful time with family and friends staying at this home for our trip. Jerry the owner checked in with us before getting to the site to ensure we were setup for easy access. He also shared great tips for using the public transportation and some great spots to visit that truly enhanced our time in the city. "Such a lovely place to stay. The doors along each room that flank the front with the beautiful view of the bay are heaven. I loved waking up with the sunrise over the bay. The bathtub was a giant gem. It’s one very small downside was that there isn’t a place inside to sit at a table and eat or work. Otherwise, it was great."

"Great place to spend weekend or more and relax. Property is in excellent condition, very friendly owners. Beautiful spiritual garden. It is dog friendly and it was a huge plus for us since we came with 120 lb German Shepherd... Kitchen had everything we needed. It is walking distance from beautiful empty beach and 1.5 Miles to downtown Bolinas. Highly recommended."

"Although it was great proximity, the location was a bit loud being on a very busy street. The rooms are very small with no space to hang out. (No couch or table like a standard hotel room). The hotel staff was helpful with finding a space for the standard SUV we had rented, as some of the garage spots were too small.."

"This well appointed one bedroom unit is walking distance from both the beach and the park. Convenient to have access to laundry services. Host was responsive to any inquiries. "

"Traveled out to see our daughter who goes to school nearby for her spring break. The location is great - so near the park, 3 minute walk. The tennis courts are a 25 minute stroll, the ocean about the same. It was great having a full kitchen - all the needed appliances plus some, organized and easy to find. The patio is where I got most of my work done - peaceful. One note - the front of the home is on 19th Ave/ Highway 1 - if you are troubled by traffic noise - not the right fit. Internet - TV's...

"Jose is an excellent host. He will help you with local recommendations and anything else you might need on your trip. The accommodations are very comfortable and there is a nice space for the guest to be outside in the backyard. The host really helped make my stay in California a pleasant one. "

"Really nice townhouse. 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and then one other for general use. Nice little patio, full living room/dining and kitchen. It's in a great location for North Eastern parents visiting their student/kids. (aka Mills College) Maybe a 12 minute ride to campus...15 tops. Easy to get there. The home is a good value as well."

"My husband and I had our son and granddaughter staying with us. The access to the beach right out our door was so perfect for my sand loving, wave hopping preschooler!The kitchen was sufficient for our meals that were prepared as we went. It is within walking distance to downtown Stinson, where we enjoyed latte’s and treats. My son was able to crab fish right out our front door, and we were thrilled to be able to enjoy the fruit of his labor. Perfect!"

"The “Mouse Hole” was as advertised. Located near the beach, restaurants, and a grocery store, it's the perfect getaway! The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. It's also close to Bolinas and hiking trails. We will stay here again!"
