"I had a slight problem checking in. I am 18, but was staying with my 22 year old sister. I didn't have her added to the reservation and I couldn't check in because I was underage, although it said nothing about that on the Expedia website. Instead of being able to add her at the front desk, I had to sit in an AI chat for half an hour. Other than that, I had an excellent stay! Very clean and nice staff."

"The iron was scorched and of course could not be used. However, the front desk replaced it with a new one. Sometimes when I walked to the desk there was no one available without calling aloud for assistance."

"Stay was pretty good but we had a smell in our room they did offer to move us but only had room was on first floor we declined it but the next day when we returned to our room after 11:00 our keys would not work clerk at front desk told us they didn’t do anything but our room had got changed tried to explain what happened which was the same clerk from the night before but she wouldn’t listen. "We stayed two nights here. On our way to and from Indiana. The hotel staff was very friendly, the room and lobby were very clean, and free breakfast was good. We had our dogs with us and the pet fee was very fair. "
