"Family from all parts of the US met at this beautiful lake setting for a reunion get-together. It was perfect. Plenty of room for sleeping, lots of water “toys”, a very well-equipped kitchen. "Pristine, well maintained, beautiful home (exactly as advertised). Amenities and location were perfect as our son goes to Ithaca and is an easy 10 minute car ride to the house. Be sure to read the fine print of the contract in an effort to avoid any issues as the owners are sensitive to extra people and cars parked at the house for any reason. "

"This is a property that exemplifies an absentee owner. It was clean inside but exterior was not well maintained. Fire pit rotted through, life vests moldy and deck smelled bad. The lake is beautiful to look at but full of seaweed and has water moccasin snakes around. It does have a two person limit so it’s overpriced."

"We had the most amazing stay at Carolyn's place. She left us a place so clean that we all felt comfortable walking around the house without shoes. I have stayed at numerous rentals and this was the cleanest i have ever experienced. The views were gorgeous, with the bonus being that you can see the Cornell campus from here. Easy access to all things Ithaca, wifi was fast, and kitchen was well appointed. We did not go in the lake but we did enjoy some r and r on the dock. Would stay again. "

"My friends and I came back to Cornell to attend our 35th reunion. Having a house for all of us to use as a base was so much better than staying in the dorms. This house in Cayuga Heights was very close to North Campus, close to the commons, and close to everything else we wanted to do. We spent most of our time on campus so did not have a chance to enjoy all the amenities available, but we had a great experience at the house and we hope we can book it again for our 40th Reunion!"
