"We came in town for a K-State football game. It had been years since we had been in town. We loved this little house. It was a short drive to down town Manhattan or the stadium, but far enough away it was quiet and peaceful. The owners were next door if you needed anything. Our 7 year old called it the Cowboy Hotel and loved the decor. We will definitely check this house out again when we come back to town!!!"

"Overall, it was good to have a roof over our heads for the night. No complaints there. The original location in Eskridge ended up being booked for the evening, resulting in a late check in time. I received communication a day before our stay providing another location to stay at. The lakehouse was decent, providing all accommodations necessary. One hide-a-bed, a full size and a twin bed, the latter being quite uncomfortable. A slightly dirty toilet is my only complaint about the cleanliness. "

" I ordered a room with a jet hot tub from the web site .Yes I paid extra for the room .I was informed by the office that none of the rooms had jet tubs,they was in the middle of a remodel. I asked questions around the extra charge for a room with the jet tub . No response. I suggested they update the online site andI was dismissed back to the remodeling situation. They never offered to refund any part of my payment and or update the advertisement. A extra blanket in the room would be nice it is Nov . I enjoyed the room overall. They have two different parts of the hotel . I was across the road . Not sure if they had a breakfast or not. "
